There are times where I love insane rumors, and this is one of them. One of the latest rumors circling about the internet is that John Malkovich is set to play the Vulture in Spider-man 4. For those not in the know, the Vulture is one of Spidey's very first villains he ever fought, so I wouldn't be too terribly opposed to his inclusion in the film.
Personally, I think this was just some fanboy rumor that has spiraled out of control into the typical proclamations that so-and-so is playing this person. Though, it is an extremely well made casting decision if the Vulture were to be in Spider-man 4. As for now I'm not gonna say this is false, but it doesn't smell of truth either.
